The personal data you provide us with is processed for marketing and commercial prospection activities purposes by Devoteam acting as data controller within the meaning of the regulations. Your data is being used to invite you to events organised by the Devoteam Group or its partners, to send you publications or to offer our customers and prospects efficient and relevant services in relation to their needs.
Most of the personal data that we process for marketing purposes concern our customers or prospects with whom we already have, or with whom we wish to develop a business relationship.
We base the processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned above on your prior consent, to the extent such consent is mandatory under the applicable legal framework. Data retention period
Your personal data is subject to a limited retention period. As a matter of principle, it is kept for the duration of the business relationship that is established between you or your company and Devoteam. Your data is accessible to the Devoteam Group marketing and sales teams and allow these services to develop our business relationships. For technical reasons, it is also accessible to the authorized persons from our IT services.

Your data is stored on the territory of the member states of the European Union or European Economic Area by our Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation providers and is not sold nor disclosed to any third party.
